Pay and reimbursements

View your payslips

Open Payslips under My Workspace, or /my-payslips.

The dropdown at the top right picks the year. It only lists years you actually have payslips for, and reads "No payslips" when you have none yet. Next to it are two boxes, Min net pay and Max net pay, that narrow the list to payslips inside a net-pay range. Leave them empty to see everything.

Below the controls, when your company's pay settings are available, a How You're Paid card summarises the arrangement you are on:

FieldWhat it tells you
Pay FrequencyHow often you are paid
Cutoffs & Pay DatesThe cutoff periods and when each is paid out
Standard ScheduleHours per day and working days per month
Rest DaysThe days treated as your rest days by default
Night Shift WindowThe hours that count as night shift
CurrencyThe currency your pay is calculated in

Four tiles then show your year-to-date figures for the selected year: YTD Gross Income, YTD Total Deductions, YTD Net Pay and YTD Bonus.

The table lists Payslip #, Period Start, Period End, Gross Income, Deductions and Net Pay, 20 rows to a page. Columns can be sorted from their headers.

Open, print or download one payslip

  1. Select the eye button in the Actions column of the row you want.
  2. A dialog opens with the payslip rendered as a PDF. Give it a moment — it says "Generating payslip…" while it builds.
  3. From the buttons at the bottom: Print sends it to your printer, Download PDF saves it, and Close dismisses the dialog.

If the payslip has been edited since it was generated, a History list appears under the preview showing each field that changed, the old and new values, who made the change and when.

Download a whole year at once

Download All as ZIP at the top right packages every payslip currently in the list — that is, the selected year, after any min or max net pay filter — into a single ZIP file, one PDF per payslip. The button is unavailable when the list is empty.

If a payslip looks wrong

You can read and download payslips but not change them. Take the payslip number and the specific figure you are questioning to your payroll or HR administrator. The hours behind the figure usually start on your timesheet, so it is worth checking the status of the days in that period first — see Time and attendance.

Claim an expense

Open Reimbursements under My Workspace, or /my-reimbursements.

  1. Select Request Reimbursement.
  2. Set the Request Date. This is when the expense was incurred, and it cannot be in the future.
  3. Enter the Amount in pesos. It must be greater than zero.
  4. Write the Description. It has to be at least 50 characters, and a counter under the box tracks how far along you are. Say what the expense was for and why it was business-related — this is what the approver reads.
  5. Select Submit Request.

Attaching a receipt file is not part of this form. Follow whatever your company does with physical or emailed receipts alongside the claim.

Track your claims

The filters above the table narrow the list by status, by a start and end date range, and by a minimum and maximum amount. The table shows Request Date, Amount, Description, Status, Decided On and Actions.

StatusWhat it means for you
PendingFiled and awaiting a decision. You can still edit or cancel it.
ApprovedApproved for payment, but not paid out yet.
RejectedTurned down. Ask your HR or payroll administrator for the reason.
ProcessedPaid out through a reimbursement transaction.

While a claim is Pending, its Actions column has a pencil to edit the date, amount or description, and an X to cancel it. Both disappear once the claim has been decided. Cancelling asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.

Collect a recognition award

Open Awards under My Workspace, or /my-awards. This page depends on a feature your company can turn on or off. When it is off, the page says "Recognition awards aren't enabled for your company" and there is nothing else to do here.

When it is on, each award you have won appears as a card showing the category, the pay period it covers, the achievement behind it, and the award number. Ranked awards also carry a 1st Place, 2nd Place or 3rd Place badge.

CategoryWhat the card reports
Perfect AttendanceZero absences for the entire pay period
Most PunctualYour late minutes across the period
Overtime ChampionYour paid overtime hours
Top Hours WorkedYour total hours worked

Select Certificate on a card to download that award's certificate as a PDF.

Awards are granted automatically after a payroll run is processed, so a new one appears after the period it covers has been paid, not during it. Until then the page reads "No awards yet".
