Your profile and account
Sign in
- Open the address your company uses for MotorPH Enterprise.
- Enter your Username. This is the username assigned to your employee account, not necessarily your email address.
- Enter your Password. It is case-sensitive.
- Wait for the verification widget below the password field to finish. It works on its own — there is nothing to type or click.
- Select Sign in.
There is no "forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If you cannot get in, ask your HR administrator or IT contact to reset your password for you.
Change your password
The first time you sign in with a password someone set up for you, the app takes you straight to a Choose a new password screen and will not let you go anywhere else until you have replaced it. The rest of the system refuses requests while a password change is outstanding, so this is not a step you can skip.
- Enter your Current password — the temporary one you were given.
- Enter a New password of at least 8 characters.
- Repeat it in Confirm new password. Both entries must match.
- Select Change password. You go on to your normal starting page.
If you would rather not continue, Sign out instead returns you to the sign-in page.
You can also change your password later at the address /change-password. Note
that no menu item links there, so you have to type the address. The page then
reads "Update the password for your account" and works the same way.
View your profile
Open Profile under My Workspace, or go to /my-profile. The page opens with
your name, position and department, then four sections:
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| Personal Information | Employee No., First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Date Hired, Status |
| Contact Information | Address, Phone Number |
| Government IDs | SSS Number, PhilHealth Number, TIN, Pag-IBIG Number |
| Compensation | Basic Salary, Rice Subsidy, Phone Allowance, Clothing Allowance, Gross Semi-Monthly Rate, Hourly Rate |
A dash means the field is empty in your record.
If the page says "No employee record linked to your account", your login exists but is not attached to an employee record yet. Ask your HR administrator to link it — until they do, the self-service pages have nothing of yours to show.
Update your contact details
Address and phone number are the only fields you can change yourself.
- On Profile, find the Contact Information section.
- Select Edit Contact Info. A panel slides in from the right.
- Edit Address and Phone Number. Both are required, so neither can be left blank.
- Select Save. A confirmation appears and the page updates.
Everything else on the page — your name, birthday, government ID numbers, pay rates, employment status — is maintained by HR. Send corrections to your HR administrator rather than trying to edit them here.
Read your notifications
Open Notifications, or go to /notifications. The system posts a notification
when something concerning you changes: a message arrives, a leave or overtime
request is decided, a payslip is generated, a reimbursement moves, or an
announcement goes out.
Unread notifications are tinted and carry a dot on the right. Each card shows a type label, how long ago it arrived, and the text of the notification.
- Select a notification to mark it read and jump to the related page. A leave notification opens your leave page, a payslip notification opens your payslips, and so on.
- Mark All Read appears at the top right while you have unread notifications and clears the count in one step.
The sidebar shows the number of unread notifications on the Notifications item, capped at "99+". It updates on its own while you work — you do not need to reload the page. When you have never received one, the page reads "No notifications yet".
Send and read messages
Open Messages, or go to /messages. The left panel lists your conversations,
most recent activity first, with a search box above them; the right panel shows the
selected conversation.
To start a conversation:
- Select the new-message button at the top of the conversation list, or New Message in the empty panel on the right.
- In the To field, search for a colleague by first name, last name or username, then select them from the list.
- Type your message and send it. The conversation opens.
Inside a conversation, type in the box at the bottom and press Enter to send. Shift+Enter starts a new line instead. While the other person is typing you see a "is typing..." line, and your own sent messages show "Read" once they have been opened. Scrolling to the top of a long thread loads older messages.
Conversations are one-to-one between employees. There are no group threads, and you cannot delete a message once it is sent.
